I’ve tried lots of ways to fix
I tried using Ubuntu’s live environment n Bluetooth appeared and worked
Still no WiFi
Shows probe error code -110

Those who’ve experienced the same issues or maybe u just know how to fix it how do I go about it?

What do y’all think I should do???

Have you found resolution?

Thread show same machine and same error: 110. THeir fix was to disable Intel AMT.

You wrote that you got bluetooth, but, no wifi.

like @machiner said I’m pretty sure this one has a known fix. That Fedora thread with the exact same laptop, the same Intel AX201 card, and the same -110 error: WiFi not working on Dell Latitude 5420 (Intel AX201) - device is UNCLAIMED - Fedora Discussion

He tried everything. A live USB, new and old kernels, a bunch of driver options, even disconnecting the battery. What finally fixed it was turning off Intel AMT in the BIOS.

AMT is a remote management feature that comes on a lot of business laptops like the Latitudes, and it can hang onto the WiFi card so Linux never gets a response from it. That’s what the -110 is, a timeout. It also explains why the Ubuntu live USB failed too.

To turn it off:

  1. Reboot and tap F2 to get into the BIOS.
  2. Look for Intel AMT. On Dells it’s usually under Manageability, called something like Intel AMT Capability.
  3. Set it to Disabled.
  4. Apply, save, and exit.

Boot back into Kali and the WiFi should show up.

If Bluetooth still doesn’t work after that, plug in ethernet or tether your phone over USB and run:

sudo apt update && sudo apt install firmware-iwlwifi firmware-misc-nonfree && sudo apt full-upgrade

Then reboot. Let us know if that does it. If not, post the output of sudo dmesg | grep -i iwlwifi and we can go from there.
