Retired in August 2018. Previously in Michigan since 2011, living in Clinton Township about 6-7 miles from my childhood home. Been using UNIX systems since 1982 and Linux software since 1995. From an administrative standpoint I’m somewhat more familiar with Debian-based systems than others, but I have used .rpm, .deb, tar.gz, tgz, bzip2 formats, so I’ve been able to navigate and update any Linux software and several proprietary commercial systems as well. I have been managing and leading testing efforts in a financial services environment prior to retirement.
