Upgrading Ubuntu Mate 26.04 to developement 26.10

Are you talking about the issue where, if we click on ‘Save’ button, the mouse pointer turns to rotating one and keeps rotating and does not save the picture? We can close the application window though. If so, it has been fixed upstream in 1.28.1 release. I can confirm the issue is resolved. I made packaging effort (still learning). It builds locally but I am stuck in coordination with Debian mate team. The debian-mate team have gitlab repo (salsa) but don’t have MR system; we still have to do…

It is fixed in 26.10 but it might be a good idea if the fix was backported to 26.04
