Hi All, I got a new soundbaar for my computer and while trying to get it to work I lost the ability to play You tube music. I use Firefox for a browser and it just quit working. suggestions on how to fix the issue? I can use rhythmbox but not the browser to play music, it’s weird and I can’t find any settings to change it.
are you on PipeWire or PulseAudio?
I’m on the default, which I think is PulseAudio. I installed PAVU control and none of the settings make any difference.

Firefox muted or routed to the wrong output in PulseAudio? Doubt it.
Have them check pavucontrol > Playback while YouTube is playing and make sure Firefox/system is set to the soundbar.
Also confirm that config shows the soundbar profile enabled. If that looks fine, restarting PulseAudio (pulseaudio -k) may clear it up. You probably tried these already.
command not found is the reply I get so I’m assuming pipewire is default.. Also no app shows when looking at the playback for youtube music but it does show something is `playing if that makes sense.
