he has the good experience at teaching linux and simplify it to it’s real core, great content. 
The videos are long, but they are comprehensive, unbiased, and if you are genuinely interested in what he has to say and are willing to listen, it is worth it.
As for me, I mostly listened to both of them, but I did jump forward multiple times, not exiting, just advancing when I’d heard enough about a specific point that was being made.
