Cloudflare started to block privacy-oriented browsers

This issue appears on LibreWolf, Tor Browser and Firefox with arkenfox

See this

1 Tor
2 Error with arkenfox (with resist fingerprinting)
3. LibreWolf

For now only Camoufox beat this. It seems like after firing 1000 employees, Cloudflare started vibecoding…

Hi @krish indeed. Cloudflare’s bot detection leans on fingerprints, and hardened browsers like LibreWolf, Tor, and arkenfox Firefox stand out by being too clean or too uniform.

Camoufox slips through because it spoofs a believable Firefox fingerprint instead of stripping it. We site owners cranking security too high makes it worse. But often it’s because of being forced to due to an increase in automated traffic, app vulnerabilities, and cyber attacks.

I think Anubis (POW) or hCAPTCHA will work better.

Because you cannot allow Cloudflare only, if you allow canvas on certain domain, it will allow fingerprinting not only by protection, but also by webmaster.

And even if i trust Cloudflare with my data, i do not trust random site to disable protection on it.

P.S: what browser are you using?

Interesting. I don’t use anything fancy. I just use Chrome and NordVPN. Not really worried about Cloudflare or Google. I’ve had an active account with Cloudflare since 2011 and Google services before that. I know most people can’t stand using Google etc. I really am not worried for my use case.
