Udheera Linux is a Fedora & Ubuntu based operating system.
It is specially designed to cater to the needs of Sri Lankan computer users who are unable to access the Internet frequently, with many most-wanted applications built in and feel safe on internet.

First off … compiling and releasing a Distro is a major feat! Congratulations on delivery you new “baby”! Such a splash should be accompanied by a Logo! I’m sure we are eager to see what that is!

Can you please provide a URL to visit the Home Page for that Distro? Presumably that can be downloaded from there. Note that I did a search on GitHub and found nothing.
So … you are pointing out that there are difficulties in Sri Lanka. Are the users facing
technical difficulties? If so, which specific technical issues are being encountered?
availability of computers? Is the issue one that not everybody has access to a private computer?
power stability? Is the issue that the power grid for the island nation is unpredictable, with frequent outages?
And how does that “custom” distro intervene technically to circumvent or nullify the issues encountered? and which key aspects of the technical implementation are not available from other distros already available?
Also, you mention capabilities “lifted” or “adopted” from both Fedora and Ubuntu (Debian). Maybe you can spell out which components were adopted from each of those other distros?
