I did not know about btop, I was always using htop, indeed.
I installed via apt on my system, I’m really liking it.
The function I was looking for and I found on here is: instead launch the command “pidof” for find the process id of a running application, on this software there’s the well implemented filter function, if you don’t know the exact process name you can use this filter function.
I mean, there’s also filter function on htop, but on btop is clearer and better organized. I think I would use it as default cli system monitor.
