What’s everybody using?
I was using Kweather as I liked the amount of info but resizing the window to a usable size on the desktop resulted in info being covered up.
Just recently started using Typhoon which will display all info regardless of size. It actually looks more like a widget though it really isn’t.
I use AccuWeather, OpenWeather and the iPhone weather which still use DarkSky.
I have not used, don’t think free, but the founders of Dark Sky recently created:
Same here AccuWeather in the browser. I used to use the Weather Channel, but they screwed it up with huge banners and to many ads. It also constantly nags if you use privacy badger or an ad blocker.
Actually, I use the default iPhone weather app. But I’m dissatisfied because the predictions are almost never right. Every app predicts something different.
I use the default weatherindicator of mate-desktop.

On my phone which is Android I use the Weawow app.
Lmao! And she’s right. You tell everyone it’s gonna rain tomorrow. No rain and you just walk right into work like normal the next day. 
I would also use the app on my iPhone. But it doesn’t work on my Apple Watch. It’s a great app.

On my phone, I use Breezy Weather; on my desktop, I usually just use whatever DuckDuckGo tells me in the little weather card 
As I’m on Debian XFCE, I’m using xfce4-weather-plugin 0.11.3
For a weather app/widget not specific to one desktop environment, I’d use My Weather Indicator
Found it 10 years ago, I think; it works fine on all *buntu flavors, but you’ve got to add a PPA.
