Same here AccuWeather in the browser. I used to use the Weather Channel, but they screwed it up with huge banners and to many ads. It also constantly nags if you use privacy badger or an ad blocker.
Actually, I use the default iPhone weather app. But I’m dissatisfied because the predictions are almost never right. Every app predicts something different.

For a weather app/widget not specific to one desktop environment, I’d use My Weather Indicator
Found it 10 years ago, I think; it works fine on all *buntu flavors, but you’ve got to add a PPA.
