Pacstall - The AUR for Ubuntu

Pacstall is one of those tools that fills a real gap for Ubuntu users. If you’ve ever wished Ubuntu had something like the AUR, this is it. It pulls source packages, handles dependencies, and installs them on Ubuntu without you having to chase down PPAs or build everything by hand.

I found it along with Rhino Linux

The packaging format (pacscripts) is straightforward enough that contributing is realistic if you spot something missing.

Worth noting, like Arch’s AUR, it’s also community-driven, so the quality of individual pacscripts can vary.

Anyone here using it regularly?

I din’t know pacstall but it sounds very cool.
Last year i’ve tried Rhino but I can’t remember about pacstall.
If I remember right, Rhino uses by default nala over apt - I like this.

Same, I had never heard of Pacstall before either. And true about nala.
