Meanwhile I want to say I switched my entire workflow to Arch Linux as physical machine, the bug I encountered with GTK libraries is a common known issue with Nvidia cards, so as I said in a previous post I was able to fix everything by creating a system wide variable for disable some GPU acceleration on GTK window.
