I have a dedicated PC (my Nas) with windows 10 installed. I have 4 14tB hard drives with TV Series, Movies, etc on it. I use Kodi and have pathed from this computer drives to Kodi on my local network. Each TV in home can use Kodi to view any mp4. This computer is always on 24hr. It has worked for 3yrs and is great. I can upload new mp4 from my local computer PC to this Nas. ? If I remove win10 from Nas, and install Linux mint, will this function okay?

Just transitioning from win 10 to Linux Mint, bypassing win 11. I do 3d cad designs using fusion, I need to figure out how to install, prior to autodesk getting smart, and providing autocad & fusion software to operate in Linux.
NOW: nas (win10) -- kodi -- TV AFTER: nas (lm22.3) -- kodi -- TV
Not sure if you can save the kodi config from win10 and import it to lm.
Better to have another pc and test all this, install lm, install kodi, verify that kodi serves to your TV then test the 3D cad. Autocad & Fusion do not have a native Linux release.
It is not a simple swap of the OS.

Media should be fine. Share the drives over Samba or NFS and point Kodi at them like you do now. If the 4 drives are NTFS, leave them as-is so you don’t have to move 56 TBs.
Fusion I don’t know much about. But found this guide online:
