I notixe that my pc is
HP Compaq 6005

Are you able to show or tell us what kind of issue it is? Information such as that can go a long way into pin pointing most issues as right now, it could practically be anything so it would be greatly appreciated.

For instance, your PC should be able to boot the images as it supports UEFI and Legacy (MBR) boot modes considering it supported windows 7 and 8. F9 should be used to open the boot menu to select the USB or any other medium that has a bootable UEFI or MBR partition according to the documentation that HP provides.

Also I’m pretty sure I got the pleasure of using these in secondary and oh boy, they ain’t fast. :joy:

Also, welcome to the community!

Have you used a usb 2.0 bootable usb ?
HP is sometimes very picky with bootable usb’s.

There is also Antix linux for older computers.
Have you used Balena etcher to put the iso to usb ?
