Digital Wellbeing added to Gnome 48

There are many studies that are conclusive on how sitting for hours is super unhealthy. So I welcome this feature. I’ve been using this on my iPhone to help with eye strain and to reduce time on my phone or social apps.

I’m going to give this a try, I enabled the sounds to hear the notifications. But will probably disable that. There’s a detailed blog post about it here:

Although most time I spent at a computer is unavoidable (work), I do welcome this feature to get some insights into my PC usage.
