The goal is to have an optimum Raspberry Pi experience. I also think a Real- Time Clock is also a very good acquisition. It doesn’t ever stop ticking. When your Pi is even turned off, the RTC keeps ticking and it helps with scheduled tasks and timestamps. Projects like data acquisition and DIY alarm systems can benefit greatly from it.
