So earlier today, I had the chance to help a friend clean up their home office network setup. Their desk was a mess of cables and devices, taking up valuable workspace.
With some tidying and reorganizing, the aim was to turn it into a neat and efficient setup. Check out these before-and-after shots.
I could not find my label maker, but will label the cables and devices for them during a future visit.
I replaced a Netgear router and a VPN box (before pic) with a single VPN router. Used the opportunity to clean up the setup.
If allowed, please let me know, and I can post any device/hardware links here. But all are well known common stuff.
Wall mount shelf used to free up desk space. In the future, will add labels with a label maker.
I hope this gives some inspiration to anyone looking to spruce up their own home network area.
