If your distro does not have a package you can try to manually install with meson
But https://github.com/igo95862/bubblejail/blob/master/docs/distro_notes/ubuntu.md do not have any guide.
But building it is too hard for me. I am a little bit above newbie level…
@krish you can try temporarily disabling AppArmor and see if bubblejail starts working.
If it does, then AppArmor is probably blocking bwrap. You can then tweak the profile (maybe allow required capabilities like sys_admin) or check flatpak/ bwrap config.
I allow bwrap with sys_admin and mount for my system.
