Regarding DE or WM; do you think that you could go back from using i3 or a tiling WM? I feel like once I tasted the speed and efficiency of i3wm, it was hard to move away from those shortcuts. So much so that I’m now on Gnome 3 BUT with pop_shell tiling manager plugin and all the shortcuts from i3 in place.
