What gets me about WSL is the name - surely it’s the wrong way round. It’s a Linux subsystem on/for Windows, surely, ergo LSW? It’s not like when you run Word for Windows, you’re running an instance of Windows within Word.
Why does no-one else seem to be bothered by this?
