Must have resource

I have read all the information on Linux community and many people discuss about what should be used, when and why?. I read this in my free time so as to keep up with the latest ones and drop the old ones.

This answers all the questions which have been asked by many people as what to choose when and why and how.

I must thank @hydn James for having a personal discussion and for guiding me on this aspect.

Hi Gaurav,

Thanks for sharing this! The Stack Overflow survey is indeed a great resource for staying on top of trends and understanding which tools are relevant. It’s always refreshing to see how technology evolves over time and which tools remain consistent. Keeping up with such resources really helps in making better decisions about the tools we rely on every day.

It’s also worth noting that these surveys are available for previous years too, offering a great way to track trends and see how technologies have grown or declined over time.

Regards.

Hi Sehrat,

That is very true. I am very captive in learning what is new as if you dont do that you cant bring something new to the place of the work and see if you are still using only the old ones it means that you dont have a either zeal to upgrade yourself or you are involved in wasting your time rather than putting it to proper use.

People can easily see that. I invest my time in learning something new which has value, can show output and not just words. I programmed in C++ all the time, and then dropped it and took all these and see the results are there.

The worst part of C++ is that if you dont program continuously, you forget very easily and i havenot touched it since last 4 years and i am glad that now i dont do that.

In my last project i coded entire C++ library for analysis in less than a week and also sometimes prior to that also that fast i am with the typed languages and then i asked for the same and didn’t received it as internal hosting for the projects and so i dropped the C++ and now only code in GO and RUST and others. If you know how to do it, changing a language is something that you can do easily, if you know how to write and you cant learn this in a week or a month, it comes with experience.

Instead i use GO and RUST two most captive programming approaches for system prorgamming and Python and Julia for data analysis and others and if needed than can bring R back and for the web a mix of Javascript. I am not a completed only web oriented person and i am not interested in that. I am more into system, data analysis, machine learning and all that. I am not into only making websites.

I have no plans to learn, react, or angular or such. Each and every person has their own preferences and what they do.

If you find any problem in those languages, write to me, i will help you solve that. This is a communicative word.

Thank you for the information and glad discussing this,
Gaurav
