How to make naked linux?
I mean how to create a ISO file bare minimum by removing packages and dependencies.
ISO file should be completely blank and that ISO file should be bootable
It shouldnot get any update in lifetime like the concept of immutable OS

Next to that, I’d suggest that you pay more attention to wording your questions because the great majority of IT/Linux people are inclined to take words literally. That is “completely blank” and “empty ISO file” should contain nothing, is not it? And it is not the same thing as possibly minimal Linux-based OS image.
Good luck!
A warm welcome to you. Maybe this is a “linguistics” question; I think I understand what you’re looking for, but as stated it’s difficult to know if I’m understanding or not, but I’ll give it a try:
My interpretation of what you are asking (tell me if this is correct or not) is that you are wanting to create an extremely lean ISO image containing only the absolutely essential OS components with ZERO extras and no package updating mechanism. Did I get it correct?
If so you are in luck! The antiX distribution has in the past offered for versions of their OS: Net, Core, Base, and Full. The “Net” version would be very close; in order to use it you’d have to add in any advanced networking because that version, if I remember correctly, did NOT include WiFi modules. Their Core version DOES include WiFi modules and it also has package management facilities; that’s simple enough to RIP out! Just get rid of anything containing apt or dpkg; in fact, remove dpkg and none of the package handling tools work at all, so that might be a good starting point.
The Linux From Scratch project would be another potential starting point and it’d also be close to containing the elements you are looking for, assuming I understand your request. Hope it helps; feel free to discuss more; perhaps I can help and others are also welcome to “chime in” too!
If you want “bare-bones” Linux (no optional packages beyond basic required), you should look at the following:
-
Ubuntu Core
Ubuntu Core is a strictly confined and immutable embedded Linux OS. Get ready to deploy your application by building your customised Ubuntu Core production image, optimised for performance and security.
That should help you get there!
